Nicolette LeierÂ
Nicolette is a former Miss Rhode Island and veteran Patriots Cheerleader. During her time as a Patriots Cheerleader, she earned her M.Ed. in School Counseling. Nicolette has years of experience training for Miss America and pro cheerleading. She prides herself on helping clients create their personal brand through their “interview toolbox”. This is a technique Nicolette created to showcase the unique experiences, skills and qualities each person possesses.
 Alicia Harrington
Alicia graduated from Simmons University in 2016 with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. While working as an orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapist she cheered on the sidelines for the New England Patriots for 2 seasons. From physical therapy, starting a non-profit empowering young girls and helping individuals prepare for job interviews, Alicia takes her extensive background in public speaking and interview preparation to The Prep Talk.
